I canceled online but the subscription went through anyway. Shouldnt be a big deal right, just get a refund... nope. Despite canceling before the processing date, and the fact that this service is paid in advance (ie I had not used the platform), they are unwilling to provide a refund. Dont be deceived, this platform is incredibly buggy and is not going to help you do better than how the market is already trending. Im willing to adjust my review if they do the right thing. Pros slightly easier interface than most exchanges Cons TERRIBLE customer service. System did not capture cancelation. Will not provide refund despite notifying them the day the charge went through.
